Driven by my passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), I help organizations make meaningful connections to their staff and surroundings by creating awareness of differences and inspiring cultural competency.

DEIB is a core value in any organization, essential to any modern, global workforce or student body. Discussing and learning DEIB as a competency leads to a greater depth of understanding as organizations and the people within them discover biases and seek to change them.

Through my cultural change management approach, I seek to create real understanding of the differences and commonalities of experience in order to embrace a diverse workforce. As an educator, cross-cultural communication specialist, instructional designer, and consultant, my work at Mutitu Cultural Literacy Insights provides services that act as a bridge between both companies and employees, institutions and students, to allow for deeper understanding and cooperation.
